Subscribers & Buyer Alerts
See who has subscribed to your Buyer Concierge page and the buyer alerts they've been sent.
While your team's text messaging is on, buyers subscribe from your Buyer Concierge page: they enter their name and mobile, then confirm with a code sent by text. Only Australian mobiles can subscribe.
Each buyer follows one or more listings, or everything you list. The Subscribers page shows who follows what.
A buyer gets an alert only when you approve one: after you show a new listing on your page, change its price, or add or change its open home times. Alert history on the Subscribers page lists what went out.
Your whole team shares one set of alert texts. The team owner or an admin can change them on Buyer Concierge's Buyer alerts tab.
A buyer leaves by replying STOP, or you can unsubscribe them from the list.
