Campaign & Kanban Board

Overview is a Kanban-style board showing your listings organised by stage. The built-in stages are Listed, Pre Launch, Live Campaign, Under Contract, Unconditional and Settled. You can reorder or hide those, and add stages of your own that you can rename freely - the six built-in ones keep their names.

Drag a card between columns to move that listing to a new stage. Out of the box nothing is required, so a move just goes through. Required actions come from an agency: if your team's templates are managed by one, it can mark some of a stage's actions as required, and while those are outstanding moving the listing forward will ask you to complete them or skip them with a reason.

Use the toolbar to search by address or client. On a wider screen you may also see Grid and Table view buttons beside the search - they are not switched on for every account.

Each card shows the property address, client name, action progress, and notification indicators such as new notes or approved photos.
