Buyer Concierge
One page for your team's listings, with buyer alerts for the people who follow them.
Buyer Concierge gives your team one page that anyone can open, your Buyer Concierge page, branded with your logo, name and colour. It shows the listings you choose, grouped into sections such as Open Homes or Coming Soon.
A listing appears when it's an active listing with Show on Buyer Concierge page switched on in Edit Listing, and one of your page's sections shows its stage.
Buyers can follow one listing or everything you list, confirming their mobile with a text code. When you show a new listing, change a price or change open home times, you're offered a buyer alert to send them, and nothing goes out until you approve it. Both need your team's text messaging switched on in Settings → Communications: while it's off, your page doesn't offer Follow.
Sections can also hold text, photos, buttons and an enquiry form. Each enquiry lands in your team's tasks as a lead.
Switch Buyer Concierge on in Settings → Features. It then appears under Campaigns in the sidebar, where you set up your page's sections and alerts, and copy its link, QR code or a printable banner.
