Client Portal
What your clients see - their own view of their property progress.
Each client gets their own portal accessible via a magic link (email-based, no password needed).
Clients can view their property's current stage and timeline, browse and comment on published photos, download the documents you have published, and see upcoming appointments. In a folder you have set to Photos for Approval they can also approve photos. A document flagged as needing a signature is labelled "Requires your signature"; signing happens outside TrackMyPlace, and when that document's Responsible is set to Client they can upload the signed copy back through the portal.
Clients only see content you've explicitly published to them - toggle visibility on documents and photos to control access.
Tip: Create a test client with your own email to experience the portal firsthand.
